Lets take a look 🔎
🏛 A £2.85M Grade I Listed Hall on 6.5 Acres Beside the Yorkshire Dales
Farfield Hall, Addingham, Wharfedale | £2,850,000
Farfield Hall is a Grade I listed hall on the northern edge of Addingham, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, facing south over parkland and Ilkley Moor. It offers 10 bedrooms over three floors and just over 14,200 sq ft, with about 6.5 acres of gardens, grounds and woodland. The listing says it is in need of restoration and modernisation.

The hall is believed to have been built in the 1720s for the Myers family, with evidence of an earlier house, possibly 16th or 17th century. It passed to the Cunliffe Lister family in the early 19th century, then to the Smith family, and was bought in 1908 by George Douglas of the Bradford Dyers Association.

In 1947 it was taken over by West Riding County Council after the death of George's son Keith and used as a home for the elderly, before being sold for private use in 1990.

Outstanding Feature: The coach house. Grade II listed and 3,700 sq ft, it provides ancillary accommodation and garaging.

Outside, the gardens, grounds and woodland run to about 6.5 acres, with a south facing outlook over parkland and Ilkley Moor.

Weather decides your harvest. Now you can hedge it.
For US food and farm businesses.
A heat wave, a cold snap or a storm can cost you a season, and none of it is in your control.
So take a position on Kalshi on the weather that would hurt you. If it happens, the payout offsets the loss. If it doesn't, the contract expires and the good harvest was the point.
Big agribusinesses have hedged weather and crops for decades through brokers and futures. Kalshi opens that up to small farms and food businesses, with contracts starting at a few dollars.
Kalshi is a federally regulated exchange.
⛵ A £1.575M Waterfront Former Boathouse on the River Dart
The Boathouse, Mill Hill, Stoke Gabriel, Totnes, Devon | £1,575,000
This late 1800s boathouse sits right on the River Dart at Stoke Gabriel, in the South Devon National Landscape. It remained a boathouse until at least the 1950s and has been recently and extensively refurbished, and now offers two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,317 sq ft.

The open plan, triple aspect living space has a double height vaulted ceiling, glazed sliding doors to a balcony and a bioethanol stove. The contemporary kitchen has timber cabinetry and polished concrete worktops, and is bespoke and locally made.

A mezzanine lounge has access to the terrace and rear garden, and a staircase leads to the first floor. The principal suite has a large bay window, a glazed sliding door to a balcony and views over the water, while the second bedroom has an en suite bath and shower room, and both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.

Outstanding Feature: The waterside setting. The views run across the water toward Dittisham and the Mill Pool.

Outside, there are two balconies, a terrace with a BBQ area and a landscaped garden. Inside there is underfloor heating, engineered wood flooring and "disappearing" doors and windows, and it is currently operated as a holiday let and sold with fittings and furnishings.
