Silver Miners Have Outrun Silver Since 2020

Since March 2020, silver has returned about 402%. The silver miners returned 445%.

That gap is the leverage our research team focuses on. When silver rises, a producer's net asset value can rise much faster, and share prices tend to follow. It works in both directions, and a mine is only as good as the company running it.

The Ultimate Silver Playbook shows how the team separates the miners worth owning from the rest, and which silver stocks are on its watchlist now. It's free.

🏰 A £1.65M Grade II Listed Georgian Manor in the Lake District

The Old Manor, Braithwaite, Keswick, Cumbria | £1,650,000

Built in 1726 from the remains of an earlier manor house, The Old Manor is a Grade II listed Georgian home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and about 1.5 acres of gardens and private woodland. It sits on the edge of Braithwaite village within the Lake District National Park.

The listing links the house to the Aglionby family, whose history it says reaches back to the Norman Conquest, and the current owners have carried out a restoration over roughly twenty years. The reception hall keeps its original Georgian front door and staircase, with slate flooring, while the drawing room has original panelling and a wood burning stove fuelled by timber from the property's own woodland.

The breakfast kitchen has hand painted solid oak cabinets, granite worktops and a Lacanche range cooker, with a hand painted tiled splash back depicting local wildlife. A contemporary garden room, added in 2021, has windows on three sides, a wood burning stove and full width bifold doors opening onto the terrace.

Outstanding Feature: The principal suite in the extension, with a vaulted bedroom, full height glazing towards Skiddaw and bifold doors to a private balcony. It also has a dressing area with bespoke fitted furniture and an en suite.

Outside, sweeping lawns lead to woodland with meandering paths, and there is a slate water feature, an entertaining terrace with views across the fells, and a barbecue and pizza oven area.
